 Most trips are planned at no additional cost to you because suppliers pay travel agent commissions. In rare cases, if a supplier doesn’t partner with travel agents, I may charge a small planning fee to cover my time and expertise. I’m always happy to explain how that works. It doesn't happen with most situations. I see it happen with very specialized requests or small tour operators.
